When you create an account and enroll in classes, we collect your name, email address, and basic information about your child (name, date of birth, and any notes you choose to share about developmental or accessibility needs). Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to manage class enrollments, communicate with you about scheduling and studio updates, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for every child in our programs.
Third-Party Services
We use Stripe to process payments securely. We also offer Google sign-in as an authentication option. These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them. We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third parties.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account and enrollment data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for young children and are managed entirely through parent accounts. We do not collect information directly from children. All child data is provided by and accessible only to the enrolling parent or guardian, in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
